Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar dies after prolonged illness

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has passed away at the age of 63. Manohar Parrikar Dies was suffering from pancreatic cancer for a long time. President Ramnath Kovind tweeted and confirmed the demise of Manohar Parrikar.

The President expressed his sorrow over the demise of Manohar Parrikar Dies. President Ramnath Kovind tweeted, “The sad demise of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. They were symbols of sincerity and dedication. For the people of India and Goa, their work will never be forgotten.

Manohar Parrikar became the Chief Minister of Goa (Goa CM) for the fourth time after leaving the post of Defense Minister in March 2017. In Indian politics, Manohar Parrikar is identified as ‘Mr. Klein’. Manohar Parrikar graduated from IIT Mumbai in 1978. Manohar Parrikar is the first person to become the chief minister of any state of India, who did IIT graduation.
