Railways have made changes in the recruitment process under these three categories and in this regard have been issued a notification on the RRB website. According to the notification issued by RRB, RAC has added another point in the para no. 14.2 of the notification – Physical Fitness Test (PET). PET will be in two stages. In the first phase, candidates will have to go to a fixed distance with a fixed weight. At the same time, there will be a run in the second leg after the weight lifting test. In the weight lifting test, test-takers will have to take a sack of sand from a bench/platform with a height of waist and lift them up to a certain distance.
